TFP First Edition Arcee - not too shabby, the higher quality sculpting makes a difference. That said, robot mode has a few kibble issues, especially the back. But the way the boots come together is an admirable concept all by itself.

TFG comic pack Thundercracker - almost passed as I'm pretty low on funds, but the comic book actually changed my mind (I've only read the first page thus far). TC looks way better than Starscream version of this mold did, the use of color is bang-on and the paint is very clean, looks quite nice. The right gun's barrel is loose enough to wobble, and there's so much plastic under the pin that it won't tap in, but I'll live.

See, that one's a camcorder, that one's a camera, that one's a phone, and they're doing "Speak no evil, See no evil, Hear no evil", get it?

Ayup, that's the one. I was kinda surprised too and since my Decepticons are horribly outnumbered (16 Autobots vs. now 10 Decepticons) I figured why not?

And, having completely undone that: Hoist. Found one at TRU. They also had Orion, but I'm waffling on him. Don't really know why.

Yesterday,I went to Target & I bought the BH 90 minute movie. It cost $12.99,Their was a $5 ccoupon towards any any TF toy. I bought a BH Legion toy for for $5.99,used the $5 off coupon & only paid $1 for the toy. So in essence,I bought the BH movie for $7.99 & bought a legion toy for $5.99,which equaled $13.99.

30th Orion Pax. I was waffling on this one because I already have Classics Prime. Interesting story: At the checkout at TRU, the guy says "when I first saw this I thought it was Optimus Prime." Me: "It is. Pre-Optimus Prime." "oh."

I met up with Lewis yesterday. Besides selling him some comics (my IDW 30th anniversary compilation), I picked up my Breakdown (ordered and paid for months ago, when I had the money and had no idea about what was coming in my professional future).

My copy is free of the mis-assembled shoulders (which Lewis' apparently has). But, the car mode roof pops off very easily.

The file card establishes that this toy represents another iteration of the character than the Breakdown that showed up in "G2 Redux". (This one is supposed to be from some obscure UK book or comic or something.)

In any case, I popped and swapped the hands (left to right and right to left), resulting in a really lazy custom of IDW Breakdown.

TFG comic pack Thundercracker - almost passed as I'm pretty low on funds, but the comic book actually changed my mind (I've only read the first page thus far). TC looks way better than Starscream version of this mold did, the use of color is bang-on and the paint is very clean, looks quite nice. The comic is good. But, I already have it and my disdain for that mould grows with every exposure to it. It was an easy one for me to skip.
