SDCC Generations Reveals

The modern comics universe has had such a different take on G1, one that's significantly represented by the Generations toys, so they share a forum. A modern take on a Real Cybertronian Hero. Currently starring Generations toys, IDW "The Transformers" comics, MTMTE, TF vs GI Joe, and Windblade. Oh wait, and now Skybound, wheee!

I hope they repaint the new Tailgate into another Wipeout. I want that guy to become the new Sunstorm- ridiculously obscure character who somehow ends up getting tons of toys.

Being Windcharger is suffering.

I'd be okay with WIpe-Out. Give me an excuse to dig my Trypticon out of storage to display with him. Or if they wanted to go weirder, Decepticharge!

Why HASN'T the RTS Windcharger been done up as Decepticharge yet? That seems like exactly the sort of thing the Club would go for.

Oh hey, I've got a spare Windcharger and no idea what to do with it. Maybe I should look into this...

I'm not kidding, that's why you wanted him in the first place.

People spend so much time worrying about whether a figure is "mint" or not that they never stop to consider other flavours.

The Botcon/SDCC TF reveals I like/will be buying is as follows:
1- Generations Minicon trio combiner. Why? Combined mode is very poseable, reminds me of the Duo-cons.
2- Generations Voyager Whirl. beautiful, powerful & poseable homage sculpt in both modes. love buying the bigger TF toys.
3- Generations Voyager Rhinox. WHY? Looks like a lot went into this to get it right in both modes.
4- Generations Legends sized Sharpshot. WHY? Beautiful homage sculpt in both modes.
5- 2014 NEWER mold Voyager BH Predaking. WHY? Seems like a better sculpted version compared to the 2013 Voyager.

The Botcon/SDCC TF reveals I dis'like/won't be buying.
1- Generations Deluxe Armada Starscream. WHY? I already got the 2002 Armada bigger version. Don't care newer one is more poseable.
2- Generations Deluxe Scoop. Why? It's too much of a obsecure homage toy,not even on my top 100 homage new mold wish list.
3- Generations Waspinator. Why? I got rid of 85% of my BW toys, If I wanted a waspinator toy I'd get the 1996 toy again.
4- Generations DoubleDealer. Why? Homage makes no sense as 1988 Doubledealer never had a tank nor a jet mode. would have preferred Duo-con Flywheels,MF Overlord or Diaclone colors.
5- Generatons Deluxe Skids. Why? Looks too Cartoony in both modes,Looks like a left over TFP sculpted toy.
