Toys R US keeps emailing me all these 15% off offers,Problem is that site also Hasn't updated their inventory in months with newer items.

A lot of times the point of having a sale is to get rid of/clear out old stuff that isn't selling well. Y'know, so that they will actually have room for new stuff.
