Possible Asia-Exclusive Classics Seekers Set?

The modern comics universe has had such a different take on G1, one that's significantly represented by the Generations toys, so they share a forum. A modern take on a Real Cybertronian Hero. Currently starring Generations toys, IDW "The Transformers" comics, MTMTE, TF vs GI Joe, and Windblade. Oh wait, and now Skybound, wheee!

Possible Asia-Exclusive Classics Seekers Set?

Maybe
If this turns out to be true, then Dom can commence shutting up about his hang-ups with 'matching' Classics Seekers forever.

Nah.

First, we do not know which wings Thrust will use. (I like the Henkei/Generations wings in and of themselves. But, they are not proper G1 wings like the BotCon moulds were.)

And, even if all 6 have new colour mapping and the like, I can still complain about the lack of an official SunStorm and Decepticon tropper.

The set looks good. But, there is still plenty for me to comlain about.

And you can still piss a shitstorm if they just reissue the existing color mapping from various versions. Come to think of it, piss a shitstorm would probably have gone well with the PM you just sent me.

If they do not recolour anything, so much the better as far as I am concerned. It is one less thing to worry about picking up.

Who knows. I won't have the cash to buy this and I doubt I'd be interested anyway. The only thing this means is that prices for some of the others may drop on the secondary market as people clear out their collections for this version.

Also, Shitstorm.

And now pics. Shit, is this gonna be this expensive for just the three of them?

Will probably devalue my Skywarp--not that that's a thing I care about particularly, but. These are leaning towards cartoon colours, clearly--Thundy's light blue confirms. Starscream actually looks great, and might be a contender for the best Starscream paintjob on this mould.

I didn't see the price, how much is it? And is it really for just the three or for all six?

...I didn't either, I just for some reason assumed it was really expensive. And, I dunno, your guess is as good as mine--the original ad had all six of them, but this just has the three. We'll see, I guess.

I have the whole Six set of Hasbro classics/generations deluxe seekers. I don't need nor want this asia exclusive gift set of trio seekers.

Sorry,I only think these seeker molds are worth hasbro usa retail prices. I don't think their worth paying over $200 for the trio gift set or over $100 for the trio gift set. their not even worth paying over $75 for the Trio gift set. worse of all these asian scalpers will over charge on shipping fees which will be around $25,no thanks to any of this.

Skywarp's hands are such a more noticeably brighter shade of purple that it bugs me. I mean, I've got the Classics version, and that one's borderline PINK, rather than purple, but still, at least all his pinkish-purple matches.

Seems like they just took Universe Starscream's scheme, toned it down to more toy-color levels (Universe Screamer was closer to cartoon coloration), then copied it in the other characters' values for the other two guys. They're fine I guess, and the metallic not-diecast bits are a nice touch, but like I bet a lot of people feel, I really have no need for this set. Honestly, it's really just gonna appeal to people who missed out on Skywarp, who's wound up as the rarest of the original trio.

In a fit of hilarious irony, I think Thundercracker now has the most toys made out of this mold. I really wish I had a time machine now so I could go back to 2007.
