Paramount Delays G.I.Joe: Retaliation Until March 2013

my guess is avengers & battleship played key factors in decision to delay The G.I Joe 2 movie until march 2013,not the 3-D process.
The Avengers movie will most likely become the number one world wide best selling theathre movie of all time. Thus far the avengers movie has remained in first place on the weekly theathre sales charts. Hasbro most likely wanted the Joe 2 Movie to grab the #1 highest weekly threathre money sales movie in it's first debut week. Since Hasbro knew/gueesed Speculated Avengers has a strong chance of still being #1 & beating the Joe 2 Movie in it's first debut week.
The failure of Battleship in theathre sales. no doubt might have caused Hasbro to panic & think the same thing might happen to the Joe 2 movie in 2012. Hasbro probably blames avengers for stealing theathre money from battleship. hasbro thinks avengers will steal more money for the Joe 2 movie. when in reality the avengers movie caused more people to go to the theathres & give battle ship more theathre money than if avengers wasn't in theathres.

I posted about this in the GI Joe General thread I made before, but I guess we can start it here, or merge the two.
Joe 2 was also sandwiched inbetween Spiderman and Batman, meaning it could fail from the aftershocks of Spiderman or hit #1 (long shot anyway) and then quickly fall down because Batman is going to cripple whatever's on the charts.
If Avengers is somehow still in theaters by the time Batman comes out, and they're doing major competition against each other, I'll eat a hat.
