I need to find time to watch a few more episodes of MLP.

On the toy front:
Still planning those Chaos Ponies. And, (for those who worry), I have seen packaging variants of the first wave ponies, with some having straight blisters, and the others have rounded blisters. (Oh, lord, thankfully none of us actually track such things.)

Is this the MLP haul thread too? Because I bought my daughter Rarity with her carriage tonight when I picked up Tailpipe. She promptly decided that Rarity was a princess, and so gave her a tiara from one of her Disney Princess dolls, and then Rarity retreated to her carriage while the other ponies stood outside. I asked her where Rarity was going, and she replied that Rarity was "just staying in there". And so she did, for the remainder of the play session. Holing up in her trailer? Kind of a prima donna move, but from what we've watched of the show, seems pretty on the nose for her character.

There has been a pony price punch-up. The "scout scale" ponies are now just shy of $6, up from the $5 they were just a few months ago. (Yeah, grabbed a couple for customizing.)

Or that this just happens to be another show where to two most prominent male characters are named 'Angel' and 'Spike'?

I notice that Angel seems to either reflect or provoke Fluttershy's aggression/dark side. If any of the ponies go on a blood soaked rampage, it is gonna be here.
