Catwoman
looks 15, instead of 12, my mistake.
Joking aside, dude, I recall thinking "oh, back to the day's of jailbait Supergirl" when I saw those at Newbury.
If "Kiss Play" is
(nsfw) torture porn, then that Supergirl is normalized deviance. Reasonable people could argue which is actually worse.
Agent Helix was more "oh, Hasbro is going there huh", in the sense that Helix looked like a 90s bad girl had fallen in to "GI Joe". That was less pervy and just "oh hell, really".

To be fair, the Supergirl's not too far off from
how she's normally drawn these days anyway, down to the ridiculously elongated torso section.
Oh, and just for posterity, your thoughts on Helix when you bought her:

Hey, there is some of that "older men in trenchcoat" run of "Supergirl" that I was talking about! If I recall, that issue is not too far off from when she was crawling around on all fours whimpering about why she was such a bad girl. (I swear to god, I am not making this up.)
And, you know what? I ain't defending that either.
I will argue that it is not really "exploitive", because Supergirl ain't a real person. But, do any of really want to be associated with the demographic that DC was pitching to with "bad little Supergirl", (even if we discount that she was depicted as a minor)?
Helix is pushing it. She is wearing a corset-y looking thing. This probably has to do with her being a video game character and thus having some "Tomb Raider" influence. But, that (while pitched low) is not even close to the depths reached by either Supergirl cited in this thread.

The Helix figure was no more sexualized than, for example, the Reactive Armour Scarlett from the same toyline and film. (Whenever Scarlett was in that outfit, I couldn't stop looking at her boobs. It wasn't even a sexual response. They were just, bam!, there.)
