Reaganomics!
Cloris Leachman!
Seriously though, if Knoxville's in, I'm out. I hate Jackass and everyone in it and refuse point blank to watch anything with any of those douches in it.
That being said, I'm otherwise fine with most of this, but then I'm as familiar with this as I am with Lord of the Rings. Which is to say, not very. I've seen the LOTR movies, but that's it and I haven't seen the Hobbit movies yet. For Turtles, I've never read the comic, only saw a few episodes of the original cartoon and mostly remember them from the video game I played. Not much characterization there. So really there isn't much that could ruin this movie for me.
Except anyone from Jackass.

Mind you, I'm not sure he's a great pick for Leonardo, but he could be trying to branch out. It also all depends on how they're going tonally. Leonardo in the cartoon wasn't exactly the stoic, serious leader-type that he is in most other TMNT media, the same way Raphael wasn't the angsty loner. (Mikey and Donatello managed to escape the transition relatively unharmed.) So, who knows, we'll see.
He's not a good teenage voice, and he's certainly not a good casting call for Leo - the cartoon shouldn't be the baseline. And he's really limited in his acting range.

It certainly feels like we're being trickled-down upon.
