I was just being clever. Like, "The Down Brothers, Lock and Brake". I dunno, I thought it was funny.

It kind of is, I believe. Hasbro's been kicking the design around for a while now, and they were gonna stick him in Universe Classics, but held off because of the infamous 'too many tanks' argument.

He is, incidentally, really awesome. Gimme a bit, I'm working on a review right now.
