Some of that I'd heard about. Like Kirk Cameron crusading around the set. But man, I have a newfound pity for the cast of ALF, navigating around that deathtrap of a set. Why they didn't just put a guy in a costume full time, I don't know. I've seen some full-bodied shots of ALF running around in the show, so it was definitely possible. Maybe that's where the crazed puppeteers' ego came in.
