Our discussion about Alt Jaguar Ravage got me thinking about offbeat TF's, and I started to wonder what others regard as the weirdest Transformers.
My vote goes to Heinlad. He's a racoon (okay, a tanooki or whatever) with takeout cartons, and well... cajones.

Heinlad at least has a normal robot mode and stuff.
The BW Mutants are pretty high up there, and so is Beast Changer for being the same thing.
The Deployers and the Beast Riders, too.
Although the upcoming Demolishor toy is a pretty screwy design.

Yeah, it looks like the ROTF line is offering up a few good candidates for this award. Wheelie among them.

I'd have to say BM Scavenger is the weirdest TF, if only because - even more than Movie Wheelie - he looks like Number 5's psychopathic inbred cousin from hell.

I've often (twice) wondered about their name. If it's Batorobo, wouldn't a more accurate transliteration be BattleRobo (Battrobo / Battlobo / whatever)? Just a thought.
