G.I Joe 2 movie,not being released in theathres in 2013?

I went to a few movie theathre 2013 listing sites. I didn't see the G.I Joe 2 movie listed in any months in 2013.

Was the G.I Joe 2 movie so awful that it won't be in theathres in 2013? will they at least release the G.I Joe 2 movie on DVD/Blue-ray?

I heard the rumor floating around last year that the G.I Joe 2 movie was delayed & would arrive in theathres on March 29,2012. Is this still the release date or did it get delayed again or cancelled?

According to this site link below & similar site links. The G.I Joe 2 movie isn't even on the 2013 Theathre release dates list.

To add further coal to the fire. There's been ZERO promo advertising announcing the 2013 theathre release date. no promo trailers announcing the theathre release date. no magazine release date info.

I wouldn't be surprised nor shocked if Hasbro decided to not release the G.I Joe 2 movie in theathres in 2013. It's a strong possibilty that the G.I Joe 2 movie might be a "direct to video" release like the 1980's animated G.I Joe movie was a "Direct to video" release. Since Hasbro owns the Hub network,Maybe they'll even have the G.I Joe 2 movie appear exclusively on the hub network.
