UK 2013 Toy fair was disappointing this year,no new reveals.

With no newer TF news/pics for months upon months. Almost all the Internet TF fans were banking on the TWO UK TF 2013 toy fairs from Germany & the UK . to show a whole bunch of newer never before seen 2013 TF toys pics+info. Needless to say NOTHING newer was shown nor any newer info was revealed for Transformers.

I was at least expecting a few newer 2013 TF toys reveals for Generations but ZERO was shown. Two newer voyagers & three newer deluxe reveals for 2013 Generations would have been awesome.

About the only Two new Reveals were confirmation that the bigger Beast Hunters Predaking is confirmed & Ultimate sized. Beast Hunters Ultimate sized Optimus Prime never before seen pics+info.

Hopefully The Canada 2013 Hasbro Toy fair in a few weeks isn't another disappointment like the 2013 toy fair was.

I have my fears that the Hasbro USA NYC toy fair won't reveal that much newer TF stuff for 2013. In past years the Hasbro USA TF toy fair only revealed the first quarter or two of the year. Very rarely do they reveal 3rd quarter or 4th quarter TF new stuff at toy fair in NYC.

Most of the Time Hasbro in the USA releases the most newer TF stuff in the 3rd & 4TH Quarters of a year. With the first quarter of any year having nothingb new. While the 2nd quarter of any year gets a trinkle small amount of newer TF toys in USA stores.

I honestly just wanna see as many new mold Voyagers,Ultra's/weaponizers & leaders sized TF toys for the 2013 Hasbro TF Generations & TFP/Beast Hunters toy lines. I don't collect the super small TF toys like botshots,basics,commanders,cyberverse,deluxes.

FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS ON ALL THE TOP 5 TF SITES/FORUMS,WAS THE UK HASBRO 2013 TOY REVEALS & INFO+SPECULATION THREADS/REPLIES. THE TOP 5 TF NEWS SITES HAD REPEATIVE UK HASBRO TOY FAIR NEWS ON THEIR FRONT NEWS PAGE.

2- Toy fair is not just for retailers,The Hasbro USA NYC Toyfair has a special day dedicated to the Media. this is the day various Television stations,media,internet & the top 5 TF sites are allowed into all the NYC Toy fairs to take pictures,gather info & share it with others on-line or thru other media outlets.

3- Hasbro reveals almost nothing new at the Liscensed TF convention called botcon,less gets revealed with each passing year. Hasbro has increased the TF toys/media reveals at their toy fairs. With botcon having next to none TF new toy/media info. The internet TF fans have increased their interest in Hasbro's toy fairs as a major TF toy/media news reveals.

Given that Hasbro is cutting 500-odd jobs, we probably cannot expect that many new, especially larger, toys before the movie next year.

And, at least until recently, Deluxes and Scouts sold better than other standard price points. (Of course, price bumps that put Deluxes ~$20 might offset that.) The starry-eyed optimsitic kid in me is hoping for something like RiD or "Classics", where Hasbro does a filler line that ends up being more fun that it should be. But, realistically, 2013 and the early part of 2014 are going to be a time for long term collectors to fill in gaps in their collections.

1- The 500-odd jobs that Hasbro cut were not manufactoring/labor jobs. Because Hasbro has been out sourcing american labor/manufactoring jobs in China for the TF toy line since 1984 thru 2013.

1a- The 500-odd jobs that Hasbro cut,were the pencil pushers jobs,the customer service jobs & the incompetent Hasbro creative team jobs.

1b-The in thing right now is for large corporations in America to outsource their customer service phone represenatives jobs to the middle east or other countries. because Large companies pay these workers next to nothing.

1c- For the past few years from 2007 thru 2012,Hasbro's creative team has created the most ugly TF toys designs. So firing some of these guys is a positive thing & not a negative one.

1d- Like all large USA based corporations companies in America,Hasbro has acculated workers that get higher pay salaries that are incompetent/worthless/useless/take up space type employees. So doing some spring cleaning & firing the incompetent/useless/take up space high corporate employees/pencil pushers & Creative team members is always a good thing & not a bad thing. doing this clears up space within the company to hire competent/useful/contributing employees on all levels of salaries/positions.

Have you not been following the TF toy reveals & newer TF toy lines for 2013. 2013 is going to be a huge TF toy year for dozens/hundreds of newer Transformers toys. there will literally be Five+ TF toy lines in USA store shelves in 2013. Beast Hunters,Kreo,Kreon combiners,Generations FOC,Construct-build bots,Masterpiece,Last waves of TFP 2012 toys still being shipped to USA stores for the first quarter or two of 2013.

ALL AVAILABLE TF INFO REVEALS THAT THE 2013 TF TOY LINES YEAR WILL HAVE A WHOLE BUNCH OF HUGE TF TOYS IN THEM. Beast hunters in 2013 will have Two huge Ultimate TF toys for Optimus Prime & Predaking. Beasthunters in 2013 will release 2 to 3 huge $29.99 Weaponizers toys. Beasthunters & generations are slated to release a whole bunch of new molds voyagers. Kreo & Construct bots TF toy lines are releasing plenty of huge build it sets in 2013.

While "YOU/OTHERS" May not like the 2013 TF toys/designs & won't be buying much in 2013. These 2013 TF toys still exist & will over load USA stores in 2013. 2013 will be a big beyond huge TF toy year & not a drastically reduced one like you speculated. HASBRO COULD CARE LESS IF ADULTS/VETERAN TF FANS BUY THEIR TF TOYS OR NOT. BECAUSE ACCORDING TO HASBRO THE ADULT FANS BARELY MAKE UP 5% OF THEIR TF TOY BUYING YEARLY SALES. THE BULK 95% OF HASBRO TF TOY BUYING PURCHASES COMES FROM KIDS/PARENTS.
