How do I insert images?

Post by Ursus mellifera »

I've gotten a few cool things that I want to review and post photos of, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add them to a post. It seems my only option is the insert a url for the picture, but does that mean it has to be online somewhere? If so, how do I do that?

Does anybody know?

Thank you!

I think you have to use an image hosting site for these boards. I'd recommend Imgur for a good free hosting service. That's what I've been using for a few years now, and so far it's been reliable and hasn't started charging anything. Upload files, copy the url and paste it here, and you should be good to go.

Yeah, we don't host the image, so you upload it somewhere else then code it like this:

Code: Select all

See, that one's a camcorder, that one's a camera, that one's a phone, and they're doing "Speak no evil, See no evil, Hear no evil", get it?

I'll play around with that and give it a try.
