WTF? Prime Cyberverse vehicles jump $5 or more?
At Comic-Con, I praised Hasbro during an interview for releasing the Cyberverse vehicle with figure sets, saying they were a very good value at $20, and they looked at my face and took that compliment. Well, here we are less than a month later and the friggin' things have gone up $8 at Target and are over $25 at TRU, Amazon has 'em for $25 and $27 respectively, while WM simply removed their tags for the sets altogether as they haven't gotten more in around here. Is this the new thing for Hasbro, release an item and soon after jack up the price as high as it'll go and hope people will follow?
See, that one's a camcorder, that one's a camera, that one's a phone, and they're doing "Speak no evil, See no evil, Hear no evil", get it?

I noticed this on a recent trip to Target. One more reason for me to be skipping this line....

My local Targets have brought the price back down to $20, so that's good and I retract what I said about team TF at SDCC. I haven't been able to bring myself to buy the Driller yet, and it keeps selling out when I think I might, so perhaps it's one and done for me, but I'll keep my eye out.
